Wouter is a Partner at Marshall Street Advisors and a successful technology entrepreneur having co founded an FCA authorized crowdfunding platform for professional sports clubs ( Tifosy ) and founded a technology platform that allows professional investors to build residential real estate portfolios across Europe (IMMO Investment Technologies).

Wouter began his career as a lawyer with Freshfields focusing on corporate finance and capital market transactions before moving on to become an M&A banker with Morgan Stanley. He is also an active angel investor and holds several advisory/Non Exec positions.

He holds a LL.B. and LL.M. from Leiden University in Holland and an MBA from London Business School.
