David Butt

David has over 22 years financial market experience working with Institutional, Family Office and UHNW clients in delivering and executing on a range of transactions including capital markets, corporate finance and wealth management.

David was formerly UK/International Market Head and Managing Director for Societe Generale and Credit Suisse, having previously been based in New York, Sydney and Zurich before moving back to London in 2017. David began his career in London as an analyst at Gartmore Investment Management.

David founded Marshall Street Advisors as a consequence of the growing gap between client requirements and the solutions on offer from financial institutions. He is also an active investor and holds both advisory and Non-Exec positions.
